Solar grants on disability benefits
Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance and Severe Disablement Allowance are all qualifying benefits for ECO4.
Several disability-related benefits qualify for ECO4: PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance and Severe Disablement Allowance among them. The three things that need to line up
- A qualifying benefit - which, with PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance & more, you have.
- Electric heating - solar under ECO4 is only funded where your home is heated by electricity, not mains gas.
- An EPC rating of D to G - the scheme is aimed at less energy-efficient homes.
